Our licensed medical professionals – under and headed by our Co-Founder, Principal Owner and Medical Director, Dr. Aaron Smith, MD – use American Academy of Facial Esthetics guidelines, protocols and treatment techniques which includes comprehensively learning anatomical muscle sites, muscles depths, proper preparation and dilution for best maxillofacial esthetic and cosmetic outcomes. We will have live patient hands-on and/or telemedicine diagnosis, treatment planning, and proper dosing and delivery of facial esthetic medicine with detailed evaluation of our valued guests and patients for the best therapeutic and esthetic treatment possible. We will educate our guests and patients about the physiology and pharmacology of the maxillofacial injectable treatments as well as the anatomy (especially the musculature) and neurophysiology for best patient satisfaction and understanding.

We not only offer a wide-spectrum and complete high-quality and tailored medical services in cosmetic injectable and other Aesthetic treatments in one of our special flagship sites at the renowned and well-established Karl Vasquez Salon and Spa but, at Allure A Medically Directed Spa®, we may also provide you with additional Wellness Services such Replenish 360 A Division of PDRE LLC®’s one-of-a-kind intravenous (IV) and vitamin supplementation hydration and a la carte therapy, calming and relaxing massage therapy, and other curative health-promoting services.

Allure A Medically Directed Spa®’s medical team are highly enthusiastic and advanced healthcare providers with a passion for your unique facial esthetic and cosmetic medical care, who have not only passed in-house training requirements from physicians and medical professionals officially refined and cultured by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE) but, more importantly, who are truly conscientious of Allure’s vision, mission, values, and motto – to put “all eyes on you.”

Our licensed physicians and/or supervised registered nurses or physician assistants under the guidance of our Medical Director may inject your suggested Botulinum dose and administer other cosmetic treatments. Our nurses and physician assistants only perform cosmetic medical functions under “standardized procedures” for the best cosmetic and facial esthetic outcomes and patient satisfaction.

We need to have a frontal, profile, lateral, left, and right photo of your face in order to determine what kinds of unique and individualized cosmetic treatments and recommendations are appropriate for you. Specifically, we will need a “before” and “after” frontal, frontal smile, frontal frown, frontal surprise, right profile, right lateral, right lateral squint, left lateral, left lateral squint and left profile photo of your face in order to determine what kinds of unique and individualized cosmetic treatments, enhancements, and recommendations are appropriate for you.

Through our excellent cosmetic treatments and recommendations, we hope you will see a difference and improvement in your desired results.

Our Xeomin® product has the incobotulinumtoxinA “Botox®” drug for your injectable treatment, which is a prescription medicine from Merz Pharmaceutical Company that is injected into muscles and used to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines) in adults. Botox® may also be used but it is made by another pharmaceutical company, Allergan Pharmaceutical Company.

For dermal fillers we use the Belotero Balance®, which is a hyaluronic acid dermal filler approved to temporarily smooth out and fill in moderate-to-severe nasolabial folds (the folds or wrinkles that go from the side of the nose to the corner of the mouth). It is also made and manufactured by Merz Pharmaceutical Company

We also have other cosmetic and facial esthetic products that will be available in the near future.

We do offer scheduled “Botox Parties” for a group of our guests and clients, which can encompass not only Botulinum injections but also our other tremendous and astounding ALLURE cosmetic treatments and wellness services as needed and appropriate. Our wonderful facilities, such as the one in the Karl Vasquez Salon and Spa in Indian Wells, California, however, have appointments that may cater to your schedule and are very accessible to your cosmetic and facial esthetic needs.

Please note that unit pricing may vary by need and season. The amount of units needed to complete the treatment session varies based on the area being treated. Some of our Allure guests, members, and clients are able to achieve their desired results with a few units, while others may require more units. If you do wish to spread out the costs of treatment, please ask Allure staff and team about financing and repayment options.

Once you we have set up an appointment for you for an initial consultation, Allure will ask for a Medical Questionnaire, provide evidenced-based Patient Education by American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE) Members and Team Members, and perform a “before” and “after” a frontal, frontal smile, frontal frown, frontal surprise, right profile, right lateral, right lateral squint, left lateral, left lateral squint and left profile photo of your face in order to determine what kinds of unique and individualized cosmetic treatments, enhancements, and recommendations are appropriate for you.

A thorough and comprehensive medical and clinical history is obtained by our Allure team, staff, and medical providers, which includes acquiring a possible history of present illness, known drug allergies, prescription and non-prescription medications use and history, past medical history, family history, social history, and other relevant medical and clinical histories that are contraindicated with continuing any of our treatments, therapies, procedures, sessions, programs, and other wellness services.

Our dear and valued guests, clients, and customers must sign an informed consent and liability waiver, “Allure Consent & Client Agreement/Client Representations, Warranties, & Disclaimer Agreement,” that fully states the terms and conditions of receiving any of our Allure’s services in addition to understanding the possible benefits, consequences, and risks before, during, and after any of our treatments, therapies, procedures, sessions, programs, and other wellness services.

For all of our guests, clients, and customers who are coming in for their first-time appointment and/or new treatments, therapies, procedures, sessions, programs, and other wellness, services, we may offer additional educational materials, requirements, pre-treatment directions and instructions before your Allure cosmetic and facial esthetic services that may explain what you need to do before, during, and/or after your appointment(s). For instance, so that we are able to provide effective and detailed evaluation of your individualized needs, we may ask you to please make sure your face is free of make-up products (i.e., primers, concealers, foundations, highlighters, powder, bronzer, or blush) before your appointment. Another common instruction before your appointment is if you are receiving our one-of-a-kind dermal fillers, you are requested to take heed of preventing increased risk intra- and post-procedure bleeding, bruising and/or hematoma by not drinking alcoholic beverages a couple of hours or the day of before your treatment, for example.

Allure is always dedicated to give caution to our guests and clients about not only their essential cosmetic and facial esthetic desires but also their overall health and well being by offering safety measures in order to anticipate such situations explained above.

We advice that you please call 911 or go to the nearest urgent care and emergency department for any medical and clinical issues that may cause harm, debilitation, disability, and even death if not treated or managed correctly with medical intervention.

Appointments can be scheduled as Individual Services or Group Services.

Although we want to your every cosmetic and facial esthetic needs to “all eyes on you,” session, appointment, and service scheduling is subject to change without notice in case of cancellations and emergency situations.
